  1. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE
    The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and total price (including all taxes) of the products are as specified on the product page of the Website and in the Agreement ("Products").
    Prices listed on the Website are sale prices and remain valid until updated or modified. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the specified period ends.
    The total price of the Products/services, including all taxes, is shown in the table below:

  1. DELIVERY
    The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. The Seller delivers the Products to the address specified by the Buyer. If the Buyer requests delivery to a third party, this must be explicitly communicated to the Seller.
    Delivery is carried out via the Seller’s contracted cargo company. If the cargo company lacks a branch at the Buyer’s location, the Buyer must collect the Products from the nearest branch.
    The Seller is not liable for delays or damages due to the Buyer’s absence during delivery. Delivery to the provided address is deemed completed even if the Buyer is absent.
    The Buyer bears all costs arising from delayed pickup or return of Products.
    Payment must be completed for delivery. If payment is canceled, the Seller is relieved of delivery obligations.
    Products are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation. The Buyer may terminate the Agreement if the Seller fails to deliver within this period. Custom-made Products may exceed this timeframe.

  1. PAYMENT
    Product prices are as specified in Section 4.3. Website prices exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
    The Buyer confirms the order electronically. Failed payments release the Seller from delivery obligations.
    For credit card payments, the Buyer must provide accurate details. Installment terms are governed by the Buyer’s agreement with the bank. The Seller is not liable for bank-related delays in refunds.

  1. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
    The Seller must deliver defect-free Products with relevant documentation. The Seller may substitute equivalent products with Buyer consent.
    The Seller informs the Buyer of stock unavailability within 3 days and refunds payments within 14 days. Force majeure events extend delivery timelines.
    Product quantity limits may apply; excess orders are canceled.

  1. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
    The Buyer must inspect Products upon delivery and refuse damaged goods. Returned Products must include original invoices and accessories.
    Corporate invoices require accurate tax details. Campaign terms may change, and the Buyer is responsible for reviewing them.
    Returns affecting campaign benefits (e.g., discounts) result in proportional refund adjustments.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without justification. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing or via email.
    Products must be returned undamaged, with original packaging and invoices, via the Seller’s designated cargo company. The Seller refunds all payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the Seller if using the designated carrier.

  1. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or perishable goods.

  • Products unsealed for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics).

  • Digital content delivered immediately.

  • Services initiated with Buyer consent before the withdrawal period ends.

  1. TECHNICAL STEPS AND TOOLS
    Errors during order placement can be corrected via warnings on the Website. Post-payment errors require contact with Customer Service.

  1. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
    Personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy. Explicit consent is required for specific processing purposes under Law No. 6698. The Buyer is responsible for securing their devices against unauthorized access.

  1. COMPLAINT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees (for claims within monetary limits) or Consumer Courts.
